We were recently approached by an owner with a familiar problem – after buying a vacation rental in Waikiki, he was underwhelmed by the management services he was receiving from one of the largest property managers on the island, as well as the returns he was generating as a result. He approached the team at Island Stays with two goals in mind – upgrade his unit to be more appealing to guests and drive better returns than he has seen since his purchase a few years ago.
